Disclaimer
This page explains what PodControl does and does not promise. Read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. General information
The information on our website and in our app is for general information. We provide it in good faith. We make no promise or warranty, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. You use it at your own risk.
2. No guaranteed results
PodControl helps you publish more clips more often. We cannot promise views, followers, downloads, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on your content, your audience, your niche, your timing, the social networks, and other factors outside our control.
Examples, statistics, and stories on our site describe particular cases. They do not predict your results. Figures about income, growth, or posting volume are examples. They are not promises or typical results. Past results do not guarantee future results.
3. AI-generated output
The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI output can contain errors, omissions, misquotes, or content which does not suit your audience. Review clips, captions, and titles before they publish. You remain responsible for everything published through your accounts.
4. Third-party networks and services
Social networks and other services change their rules, features, and access. They can limit reach, reject posts, or remove content. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their actions or their content.
Links on our site lead to other sites we do not control. We do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for them.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on our site or in the Service is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Speak with a qualified professional about your situation. Using the Service does not create a professional relationship between you and us.
6. Content rights and guest consent
You are responsible for having the rights to the recordings you connect and the clips you publish. This includes guest releases, music licenses, and sponsor terms.
7. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials, case studies, and examples we show reflect the experience of the people involved. Your results may differ.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage from your use of, or reliance on, our site. This does not limit liability which the law does not allow us to limit. Our Terms of Service state our full limits.
